Cancellation and Refund Policy


Thank your for your interest in our services. We want to inform you that all payments should be made prior to availing our services. This means that your booking will be confirmed once the payment is received. Our care manager will get in touch with you once the booking is complete.

The time allocated to you for individual sessions is reserved especially for you. Being on time for your session is greatly appreciated. If you are 15 minutes or more late, The Company’s mental health professionals reserve the right not to conduct the session. Please bear in mind that if you do arrive late for an appointment, your session will still conclude at the allocated time.


In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any individual session. If we cancel, we shall inform you as soon as possible. You are, in this case, entitled to rebook the session or receive a cash refund for the same. We reserve the right to cancel any group or workshop 24 hours in advance if the number of applicants is less than five per group/workshop.


1. Without prejudice to the following terms, the Company will provide a full refund or option for rescheduling for any individual bookings which are cancelled if more than 4 hours before the session appointment has not already passed.
2. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please note the following conditions will apply:

(i) less than 4 hours prior to the session – Rs. 199/- administration fee;
(ii) failure to show for a session- the full cost of a session will be charged.

1. If you have booked a workshop or training, the Company requires 14 days notice (in case of corporate group bookings) or 24 hours notice (in the case of individual user bookings) for cancellation in order for you to receive a full refund. In the event that you give less than the above stated notice of cancellation, then your course fee may NOT be refunded in full or at all (at the discretion of the Company and subject to your statutory rights).
2. Administration and full session fees need to be paid via the the Company appointment system or transferred to the Company bank account within 72 hours.


In the case that a booked session was not able to be completed in its entirety due to technical issues from your end or our end, we will make sure that compensation in the form of option to reschedule is extended to you. This, however, depends on the amount of session time lost. Efforts will be made by us to compensate by extending the session if the lost time is one third the session time. If the time lost due to difficulties is half the session time, we may reschedule for the remaining session with some buffer time.


After your first counseling session if you are unsatisfied, you can ask for full refund after providing your complete feedback.

You can cancel or reschedule your sessions by logging onto and choosing appointment section. Alternatively, cancellations can be made by seeking assistance from your care manager.
